I once asked myself a question: In a world full of artists whom have been gifted with a various amount of talent how can one simply find their place in this world? The answer was simple. By being themselves.
Hmm...how does that happen? Well, I am glad you asked. You follow the core of your heart which will share your own unique story. Writing is my gift from God. Where my heart and soul uses it is the place it's meant to be. Before all of this began a very powerful source once said to me: "When you get that sudden burst of inspiration don't question it, just follow." As you can see from my history so far I have expanded my talents to work on many projects. Some have been released while others are in the process. My growth as a person and artist happens daily because I follow that sudden burst of inspiration. For today's post I wanted to focus on 5 Powerful Reasons I Write My Own Music
1. While We Are All One In The Same There's A Flame Of Individuality Within Us All
If I want to stay true to myself, art and fans then it's mandatory to share my own emotions because it keeps that flame burning. Many people relate to each other but if you take 3 minutes out of your life to listen closely you can feel the difference, unless it's your typical basic song. In today's world finding your 15 is easy-but for those of us who have more depth there is nothing basic about us. I'm not throwing any shade at anyone when I express that either. You do what works for you! 2. I Tune Into Where I Am At In My Life We are all on a journey. I'm all about soul-searching and as I stated before my growth is always in progress. When I allow inspiration to take over the concept that I am expressing I learn about where I'm currently at with myself and something different about me I didn't know before. In doing so I can help others in the same place or those who have a goal of being there. 3. Removes Negative Emotions Life is meant to be a blissful journey but without painful experiences we don't really feel what the term blissful is. Anything inside that causes a negative frequency, no matter how hard it is to face, I do. I admit I'm one of those people who pushes pain away by avoiding the underlying issue of what's really bothering me by covering my face with a pretty smile, but when something triggers memories those negative emotions become removed during my writing process. 4. I Find Strength In Myself Words flow out and become a message of strength. I am reminded how many times I got up after being down, or how many times people tried to knock me down but failed because I came out on top. Finding your own strength can make you feel much more stronger than ever before, which will help you on your journey and I plan on helping you reach that point through my craft. 5. Words Mean More When You Add Your Own Creative Twist Showing your creativity by painting a picture will land you a much bigger successful outcome than going with a plane average song. You feel very proud of the project once it's completed, even more so by doing it that way. It may not be perfect, but you can work on making the next one better than the last. I can say that from experience. My music career kicked off this year and I'm proud of what I have been able to experience so far. I look forward to the growth I have ahead and what's to come. I really look forward to making a difference in the lives of many. As I'm working on my second album I am pushing myself like never before! If you enjoyed Tigress, my Alluring-EP, Cover Songs and other musical projects then you're really going to be happy. If you did't like it, don't count me out just yet because I have some pretty epic things ahead! Thank you for all the awesome love, and support! You truly mean the world to me, don't ever forget it either!

I love #5: Words mean more when they have your own creative twist. I couldn't agree more. Look at how many love songs there are; they're all saying essentially the same thing, but never exactly the same way.
