When the first demo version of "Keep These Lips Sealed" was uploaded instead of the mastered song my heart became devastated. I had a serve panic attack (I cried) because it's one of my favorite songs from Tigress. It's so personal and real. This version will be featured on my Alluring Liar-EP out 10/28 but you can enjoy it now! If you'd like a free download please subscribe to my mailing list! xoxo- love you always!
Someone once told me go where you fear the most and where everyone doubted those abilities. In those moments I became unchained unleashing the Tigress- Paul Travis During writing Tigress I fully enjoyed every piece, and second of it. I really overcame a lot of my own anxiety. Fears of being judged. I wasn't hiding behind a character. I was coming into my own.
I felt every emotion you can image. Had to face memories that may of brought pain but made me strong. I worked every single day for at least 4 months. There was day I was up for more than 24 hours. I wrote about that day in a different blog post earlier on during my recording sessions of Tigress. You can read (here) One of my darkest moments while writing it was when I became inspired for Darling, which is a song about my life since making a dent in the industry. There is much waiting between projects and press events that you tend to feel doubtful. That was my reminder to how those doubts are not real, to stay focused and to never forget how unique I am. We all are in a fabulous way. Another was when Here The Demons Waltz was created. The song centers around a time my depression took control of me. It was the strongest it has been in a longtime during it the process. Recording Tigress really pulled me from a very unexpected attack of it. Power really infused in my being because I never stop fighting. The kind where my self-worth was restored. Songs like Tigress, Unapologetic, Hollywood Hills, Hunter, Portrait Of Perfection, Keep These Lips Sealed (which the one placed on Tigress is the WRONG VERSION-MY HEART WAS BROKEN WHEN I REALIZED WHAT HAPPENED DURING THE UPLOAD. MY TEAM MADE ME FEEL BETTER THOUGH) Luckily, my EP, Alluring Liar, out on 10/28/16, will have the official version on it. I can't wait for you guys to hear it because it's one of my favorite songs, but those collection of songs I mentioned really showed me how gifted I am, no matter what negative things people have tried to tell me and make me feel like. I'm a beautiful, powerful, born Tigress who can't be tamed. I thought back to the moments when love took control and I was someone who always put love last, even though I craved it. Hypnotizing Love was about my first real heartbreak. The kind where when it hits you. During that stage you lose yourself and become depressed. It was the first song that I recorded for Tigress. Everlasting is about a guy who was so annoying and all he wanted was for me to give him a taste, but he tried playing the prince charming card. I can see right through that. Last was the single, that you, my adoring fans who I love so much made a hit, Pretty Killer. That song takes place of when I was ready to find a man and kept coming up short. It was a tiny glimpse into the wild stage of my life. Working on my second album currently is showing me how much I'm improving as a singer/songwriter. My EDM influenced album Tigress was released worldwide on 9.30.16, and it took my music career into the next level. Words can't ever share how thankful I am. I'm so happy you guys are listing and enjoying it. Like I said before, power really infused in my being. The kind where my self-worth was restored. I can't wait for you to see what's next since I unleashed the Tigress inside me! Much love! xo -Paul I hope you guys are enjoying Tigress ! I wanted to share this piece from behind the inspiration! Much love!

Featured Songs In Photos -Everlasting -Unapologetic -Hypnotizing Love Love you guys, Thank you for all the support & Have a blessed day! -Paul This issue revolves around Social Anxiety. Not many people know I suffer from this and I share about it in my article:
A Paradox To Stable Relationship-The Struggles, the Rises and the Final Goal of Dealing With Social Anxiety Paul's Advice On All Things Life is now a podcast! Episode 1, The Devils Chamber, was released on September 23rd, 2016. I talk about working in a place that was hell before I was able to become an artist, insight on how I dealt with nastiness from some of the bosses who just thought they were Gods Gift to this planet, especially one of them who was bat shit crazy mean ! They were no match to me though, I made sure to put them in their places. I don't think it worked, you can't change anyone. Weak souls can't handle power. They use it to belittle and make others feel worthless. Kinda like Donald Trump. Life will teach them their own lessons so if you deal with this type of behavior just stay positive and love yourself, no matter what. Make sure to check it out!

This year Paul Travis is coming into his own, and instead of showing that through another wildly popular book of poetry, he’s branched out onto a different creative sphere with the release of his first full-length album, “Tigress." In the same vein as his EPs “Confession of Daddy Issues,” and “Leave the Red Carpet to Me” the solo album is an EDM masterpiece of banging beats, and extremely personal lyrics that will resonate with anyone who has ever struggled with their identity....
